In the Harvard Business Review article, John Seely Brown and John Hagel III spoke of how employees at the Morning Star Company saved $1 million annually because they extended the life of the tomatoes screens.

What's the Situation?
"Do not go over the budget. We can't afford it." says my boss. I've just been promoted and I need this project to succeed. But we're experiencing deliverable delays and additional costs. How can I manage this better?
What's the Situation?
Just when I thought I'm done for the day, my boss shows up with more work for me. This happens more often than not. I don't know anymore when my work ends. I'd like to have some sort of work-life balance, but how do I relay it to my boss? How can I solve this?
